Thailand, Part 2. Floating Market and Madame Tussaud's.

It was one of the most thrilling rides I've ever experienced! Other than the tuktuk. :)) I also got to see that boat traffic is also possible. :| :)) The funny thing that happened in this place was

most of the vendors there thought that my family and I were Thai. HAHA! But of course, we're not! :P We also ate grill chicken and pork while riding the boat! SOOO YUMMY!!! :P~

Pictures of the King and Queen of Thailand. No offense, but I'm kinda tired of looking at their pictures. Because in EVERY BUILDING IN THAILAND THERE'S A HUUUUGE PICTURE OF THE KING/ QUEEN. PLUS, THE FACE OF THE KING IS ALSO PRINTED IN EVERY SINGLE PAPER BILL AND COIN.

One of my favorite monarchies is the British Monarchy. Favorite Queen? Well, of course, it's non other than Queen Elizabeth the 2nd. I find her really AMUSING. :))

Thailand, Part 1. TEMPLES. :)

Thailand is a Buddhist country. And what to expect in Buddhist countries? TONS OF TEMPLES! Here are some of the temples that we visited. :)

It's the tallest temple in Bangkok, I think. My mom and I went up to the highest part of the temple. The steps are sooo steep that I really had to hold on to the rails. SCAAARY yet exciting experience. :) Going up is easy, the going down is another story. :)))

This was taken at the revolving 360 view at the 88th floor of the hotel. YES! 88th FLOOR! :) they said that our hotel is the tallest tower in Thailand. :))

SAWADEE KA! ;)

Just came back from Bangkok a few hours ago. :)) This post will be about my super epic trip there with no pictures. :) I'll upload some tom. :)) hihi. So excited to make my post on the Awesome Finds page and 10 thing I love, Thailand version. :) hihi. Not in Thai though...since it's kinda hard...:)) SOOOOO. We stayed in this SUPER TALLLL hotel! It's like the tallest building in Thailand...(that's what they said.) What's super cool about the hotel is that on the 88th floor, which was the highest floor, had a revolving 360 degree view on it. So you can really see Thailand's skyline. SUPER COOL. there are no stars though

There were a lot of reasons why I wanted to go to Bangkok in the first place. :)) First is because of the clothes there. SUPER CHEAAAAP! :> But I had to limit my spending... :) for college 8->. Second, for vacation purposes. Third, TO SEE AND AT LEAST GET A GLIMPSE OF...p'shone :> (He's a character from this Thai movie that my class and I love which is A Crazy Little Thing Called Love) But I wasn't able to even see ANY TV COMMERCIAL OF HIM. :( I only saw 2 ads. of him. One on the road and the other one in MBK (A mall in Bangkok).

We went to a lot of temples! In one temple, we had to wipe this sticky gold foil on the Buddha. I don't really get the logic of that...but maybe I think it's like an offering. We went to the floating market as well. Its a market only its on water and we had to ride this boat while inside the market. :) We also went to Madame Tussaud's wax museum! LOVELLLLY!!! I shall post those pictures tom. :) hihihi. Lastly, SHOPPING MALLS :) Particularly, Indra Square, Siam Discovery and MBK. We also rode the tuk-tuk and a taxi, since malls there weren't accessible through walking. :)) ALSOOOO a couple of Thai people there thought that I was Thai. :)))))

As a whole, my Thailand experience was really super ultra mega fun. <3 One of the vacations I'll never forget. :)) HIHI.

I might as well give a summary of what to expect on those "sub-sites"

3. AWESOME FINDS- are the awesome things I found in stores or websites. It's not mainly fashion, there'll also be music and the like. But most of it will be fashion. :) Especially things that I found in mini bazaars or flea markets. :)

4. PHOTO CHALLENGE- also a photo blog. :)) (the one I attempted to do before.)

5. DREAM JOURNAL- is kind of like a journal of my dreams. So be prepared for some random, weird ramblings in that "sub-site"

6. RECYCLED SPICES- is the mini online store I'm planning to put up. :) A sneak peek of the products can be seen in THIS site, like the cuffs, bottle cap pendants and the like. :) COMING SOON. :)
